© To make sure NO one can sue us over something we have not done, here is our lil disclaimer: Death is only the Beginning and any content on this board relating to "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" are not authorized by Fox in any way (I wish) as you may have guessed. To be exact they are property of Joss, 20th Century Fox, and Mutant Enemy Productions and that naturally means we do not own any part of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" nor "Angel" if that matters.
All our Custom Avatars has been made by Jennifer - however WE do own all board graphics as our index pic, background etc - They were made by Forsaken, my fellow admin and by that fact the copyright belongs to DtB. Hmph. Obviously we do not own the pictures used in them and we are not claming that we do.
Also I want to note that some of our stories in Death is only the Beginning
may be rated a strong R or NC-17 - in that case they have to include the warning sig/banner which means that by reading those stories, the readers are comfirming that they are legally old enough to read them and therefor we won't pay any of the hospital bills!
